Appointed as receivers over the assets of the Besfarm Trust by the Supreme Court of Queensland, which included a trading orchard property in far north Queensland. As receivers, our role was to secure, maintain and preserve the value of key assets to obtain a successful result for creditors. The assets of the Trust were successfully realised for $5.5M.
