Graduate Development Program

Our 12-month Graduate Development Program is designed to support our new starters in their early career at Cor Cordis as Intermediate Accountants.

The program includes a schedule of technical and soft skill training sessions delivered by internal and external facilitators. Each grad is assigned a buddy and a team leader to support their on-the-job learning.

Graduates receive a Graduate Passport outlining the program schedule of activities throughout the year.

Emerging Leaders Program

The objective of the Emerging Leaders Program is to provide targeted development for our supervisors and managers over a 12-month period, to set them up for success as emerging leaders.

The program focuses on upskilling our participants to work effectively across teams and learn to influence outcomes.

The program kicks off with an intensive two-day workshop, followed by online training sessions over the next 12 months.

Next Gen Leaders Program

Our Next Gen Leaders Program is our development framework for our senior managers and directors to facilitate individual and firm growth.

The program is designed to support our leaders in honing their personal and professional capabilities. Focus areas include business development, client management, and networking skills.

The program starts with an intensive one-day workshop, followed by online training sessions over the next 12 months.

Pathway to Partnership

Our Pathway to Partnership program is a personalised development plan for directors in preparation for partnership.

Leave

Bonus leave

We recognise that our employees have different circumstances. Our additional 10 days of bonus leave will give you the option to either take additional leave when required or as a financial bonus.

Parental leave

Parental leave encompasses maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. We are proud to offer 18 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, as well as a guaranteed flexible return to work option during the first six months back at work.

Personal and carer’s leave

We recognise the importance of wellness and family responsibilities. Use your paid personal leave to take time off if you need time off to care for dependents, if feeling physically ill or just need a mental health day.

Volunteer leave

Use your paid volunteer leave to support or participate in outreach activities for our community partner, Starlight Children’s Foundation, or another cause that’s important to you.

Financial perks

Cor Cordis referral program

We offer financial incentives to our staff who have referred a qualified candidate to a role. A bonus payment is paid to the referrer once the candidate completes their probation period.

Financial and study support

We offer study leave for CA ANZ or CPA and ARITA qualifications.  We also provide financial support for membership fees for professional associations.

From time to time, life becomes difficult. Our staff can access our EAP services available 24/7. Free and confidential counseling sessions are available to our teams and their families over the phone, chat, or in-person.
