Appointed at the request of L'Catteron, the Administrators successfully restructured the business and operations, which included the acquisition of Jets, a major competitor to Seafolly.
Administration of an Australian founded monogrammed leather goods business, with a strong online brand following. The Administrators restarted the business through renegotiations with suppliers and staff, allowing time to conduct a competitive sale process. The company was successfully sold with all employees transferred to the purchaser.
Administration of Australia’s first dedicated facility that removed contaminants from soil. With approval from the EPA (Victoria), the business was successfully sold by the Administrators to an existing shareholder, supported by a Hong Kong hedge fund.
