A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Natalie has managed Cor Cordis' finances for over 11 years. With extensive experience in preparing and analysing monthly reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and compliance, Natalie oversees all financial elements of our business. Natalie has played a central role in supporting the firm's evolution from two offices and 30 staff to our now four offices and 130 staff across Australia.
The relationships Natalie has built both internally and externally, including those with national staff and partners, as well as those with our corporate partners, such as banks and key suppliers, have been crucial to the success of our business.
With Natalie's proactive approach to process review and improvement, she has been influential in automating manual processes to create operational efficiencies nationally. End-to-end involvement in these initiatives, an acute understanding of business operations and excellent communication with key stakeholders have enabled the successful implementation of new initiatives. All these updates have supported the Professional Practice and kept it forward-thinking.
