Rachel Burdett appointed ARITA President

Cor Cordis is pleased to announce that Rachel Burdett, Partner, has been appointed as President of ARITA and reappointed to the National Board, at the ARITA National AGM on 30 May 2023.

“I will be focusing on collaboration, advocacy and promoting sustainable best practices during my tenure as ARITA President. It is imperative as practitioners and as a profession that we are cognisant of our broader environment, that we are reflective and adaptive. Investing in best practice remains a strategic priority.”

Since joining ARITA 15 years ago, Rachel has contributed as a presenter, committee representative, trainer, education program and workshop leader.

In 2019 she was appointed Chair of the ARITA Vic/Tas Division Committee and to the National Board, followed by the Deputy President appointment in 2021.

Rachel is the National Chair of ARITA’s Balanced Taskforce for DEI initiatives and is part of the ARITA/ASIC/AFSA liaison committee.

Rachel is an ARITA Fellow and a member of the ASIC Insolvency Practitioners Liaison Committee for Victoria.
