An appointment to 10 companies which were part of the Trio Capital Ltd managed investment scheme collapse. The companies collectively owned 12 incomplete property developments in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. We successfully achieved the support of all five major banks to obtain development funding, complete all developments (c150 titles) and conduct sale & marketing campaigns (c$120m). Four of the five secured creditors were paid in full.‍
