Barry Wight and Rachel Burdett, Administrators of the Companies trading as TRACK Trailer and Outback HQ, urgently seek proposals from interested parties looking to either recapitalise (via a Deed of Company Arrangement) or acquire the Companies’ businesses and/or assets.
TRACK Trailer manufactures and distributes premium RVs. Outback HQ is the main seller of Track Trailer models and sells parts and accessories over the counter and online. Harvey Technology has a centralised support centre that is responsible for:
- Marketing
- Research and development, engineering and design
- Finance, accounting, human resources & quality systems, including fixed overheads.
TRACK Trailer has a 25-year history commencing with the iconic Tvan winning the Caravan Industry Association’s Camper Trailer of the Millennium in 2000 and routinely winning awards ever since. Now in its 5th generation, the Tvan epitomises the TRACK philosophy of continuous reinvention and development, so that with its sibling TRACK, Trakmaster, and Pioneer models, it still sets the benchmark in its class.
